What we won’t do:

It is not our desire to focus on finding weaknesses in your business, only to sell you extended services to fix them at unreasonable hourly rates.  It is not our desire to tell you how to run your business.

What we will do:

Unlike large corporations, most small business executives don’t have the staff or resources to simply sit back and manage their companies. In many cases, they are heavily invested in many of the day to day operations of the business. They are in the “eye of the storm” so to speak.

Driven Matrix was developed specifically for these types of businesses. Through the utilization of roundtable discussions (including employees, vendors, and customers) Driven Matrix creates an environment which encourages open and honest dialogue about the business. We do this in both individual and group settings. Each consultation is unique to specific company needs.

There is a good chance that not everyone within your organization sees the company the same way you do. By having dialogue about the company from outside “The Eye of the Storm” you gain a new perspective. This new perspective will help you remove obstacles that are holding you back while helping to realize strengths that can propel the company to new heights.

Each consultation is customized to meet our clients' needs. Our services include a free, one hour assessment meeting. This initial meeting will allow us to understand if we can bring you a valued service.

Our fees vary depending on services needed, but range from $90/hr to $165/hr.  We will always provide you with a not-to-exceed estimate based on your needs. We also try to break down our services into small blocks, providing our customers a better understanding of exactly what they can expect to receive and what the cost will be.

We work with a variety of specific company concerns as listed below.

Round Table Analysis

Visualize your company from outside of the "Eye of the Storm"

At Driven Matrix, our approach is a little different. We listen and learn as much as we

can about the business from the owner, we also believe that one of the most effective ways to understand the entire scope of the business is to view it from the eyes of others as well, including management, employees, customers, and, of course, through the eyes of Driven Matrix as well.

More likely than not, others see your business somewhat differently than you do. With input from those "Outside-Of-The-Box," Driven Matrix provides its own non-biased assessment of key obstacles that are blocking your business from reaching its full potential and realizing its company vision.

Frequently, we find that the issues identified during our assessment process have been right under your nose and perhaps, festering for some time. Any negative issues are challenges for your business and will have a continuous drag on your company until they are effectively managed and dealt with. Fortunately, we also find that these issues are almost always resolvable with changed mindset and a new, flexible approach to problem solving and accountability.

Driven Matrix is designed to help pull business owners out of 'The Eye Of The Storm" and visualize their business from another perspecitve. Each consultation is customized to meet our clients' needs by creating a Taylor-made "Outside-Of-The-Box" view of your company. Through this approach you will have a vision of your company from a different perspective; this experience will leave you with new creative ideas to increase your potential, while helping you to identify weaknesses and ongoing issues that may be holding you back.

A Company Vision Statement

The importance of it and how to create and maintain it

Confirmation Bias

Emotional vs. Reason-based decision making in difficult situations

As a business owner, you are probably often faced with difficult decisions regarding multiple aspects of your company. Driven Matrix helps you create a process that allows you to think through difficult decisions by separating emotional influences from reason-based solutions. For instance, emotions may govern decisions regarding employee accountability or strategic planning. Driven Matrix helps business owners identify and separate logical and emotional thinking, an area that can be extremely challenging for many businesses. With improved communication and strategies in place for good decision-making, a company is poised to reach its business goals and enjoy a more successful future.

Manager Analysis

Identifying leadership deficiencies and improving them

Deficiencies in leadership are one of the most common weaknesses of most small companies. Because of size and relationships, many small businesses promote up, another wards from within. This process typically results in promoting an employee from a position they excel at into a position of management, which requires an entirely different skill set. Without proper training and guidance, the results can be damaging for both parties. Let help identify these deficiencies and provide suggestions to fix them.

Online Strategizing

Strategizing your online presence with the measurable goals

Do you have a website? Is it working for you? Are YOU making YOU money from it? Do you

really know?

When consulting with businesses, we often find that the business website is sorely lacking an online strategy. Many business owners tell us that the main purpose of their website is to help customers locate the business or that it's merely a prerequisite for being in business today. Others have failed to identify any advantage of spending resources online if the business doesn't sell products online.

The fact is most of any business will benefit today by employing a well-thought online strategy. In spite of this, more than 70% of small businesses have no website or haven't updated their website within the past six months. In terms of business viability--This could be tragic, and if this is your business, we need to talk to you. If you aren't searching for and taking advantage of online opportunities to promote your business, you are missing out in a major way and may be damaging your business in the long run.
